Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–7 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Because many of our pieces are handcrafted or produced in limited quantities, processing times may vary slightly. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

Delivery Time
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and destination. TEMILOCHE is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of Loss
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package arrives damaged, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy and contact us promptly.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. TEMILOCHE is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
