RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At TEMILOCHE, we create objects meant to be experienced, collected, and lived with intention. Each piece is handcrafted, and no two are exactly alike. For this reason, our return and refund policy is outlined below.
Returns
We accept returns only in the case of damaged or defective items upon arrival.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at aarondeance@icloud.com.
Your message must include:
Your order number
Clear photographs of the item and its original packaging
Once reviewed and approved, we will provide further return instructions.
We do not accept returns for:
Change of mind
Natural variations inherent to handmade objects, including texture, color, or form
Wear, use, or handling after delivery
These characteristics are part of the identity and uniqueness of each piece.
Refunds
If your return request is approved, and when applicable the item has been inspected, you will be notified of the refund status.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within a reasonable processing period.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. Many of our pieces are created in limited quantities or as one-of-a-kind works.
Shipping
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a return is approved, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the issue resulted from our error.
